- PC-WRITE Version 2.6 FIX
-
- Anyone who went from version 2.5 to the new version 2.6
- has noticed that there is a different way to justify right
- margins. By placing a "J" in the ruler line instead of a "R"
- will cause the right margin to automatically justify if
- Reform is set to "+". For example, the ruler used here:
-
- L----P------------------------------------------------------J
-
- The problem enters when you print your letter or document.
- When you print, a nasty little bug will cause your right
- margin to print not justified.
-
- There are two things you can do to correct this
- situation. The easiest way would be to edit your PR.DEF file
- and append the following three lines to the end of the file:
-
- $255= 32
- $250= 32
- $32= 32
-
- Or you may delete your existing PR.DEF file and replace it
- with the PR.DEF file included with this package. The PR.DEF
- file included here is exactly as it comes with version 2.6
- except that it has the three fix lines added to the end. If
- you have made any modifications to your PR.DEF file already,
- I suggest you do not use the included PR.DEF file but
- further modify your file to include the three lines shown
- above.
